About The Neuroinclusive Collective
Professional expertise. Personal understanding. A commitment to inclusion.
Our Story
The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC was created to make neurodevelopmental support more accessible, practical and person-centred. Our founders bring together professional expertise and lived experience of neurodivergence. We understand that navigating ADHD and autism assessment, education, employment and everyday support can be challenging for individuals and families. Our aim is to reduce barriers, improve understanding and help neurodivergent people access the support and opportunities they deserve.
Meet Our Co-Founder — Simone Aguiyi
Specialist ADHD Clinician | Registered Mental Health Nurse | Independent Prescriber | Clinical Educator
Simone has over 15 years of experience working in mental health and neurodevelopmental services, supporting children, young people and adults with a wide range of needs. She has extensive experience in ADHD assessment, diagnostic interviewing, clinical formulation, differential diagnosis, report writing, clinical supervision and quality assurance. She has completed over 2,000 ADHD assessments and has experience auditing clinical reports and providing constructive written feedback to fellow clinicians. Simone also has specialist experience in autism assessment, having completed ADI-R training in 2019. Her work includes detailed developmental interviews, exploration of social communication and sensory differences, and contributions to multidisciplinary diagnostic decision-making. Her experience of both ADHD and autism supports a holistic understanding of neurodevelopmental differences, co-occurring conditions and individual strengths.
Beyond Diagnosis
Simone’s work has highlighted the importance of practical support beyond assessment. TNC combines clinical expertise with ADHD coaching, employment-related support, knowledge of Access to Work and guidance around reasonable adjustments. We recognise the challenges neurodivergent individuals may experience with executive functioning, communication, sensory needs, emotional regulation and workplace expectations. We aim to help employees understand their needs and develop effective strategies, while supporting employers to create more inclusive and supportive working environments.
Lived Experience and Our Mission
Lived experience of ADHD within the founders’ family has contributed to TNC’s understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals and their families. This experience, combined with years of professional practice, inspired the creation of a community-focused organisation that looks beyond diagnostic labels. Our mission is to make support more accessible, meaningful and relevant to everyday life.
