Complaints Policy

The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC — Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Our commitment

The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC aims to provide respectful, professional, inclusive and responsive services. Concerns and complaints help resolve difficulties and improve quality. You will not be treated unfairly for raising a complaint.

2. What you can complain about

Concerns may relate to communication or customer service; booking or administration; accessibility or reasonable adjustments; professional conduct; assessment or service experience; confidentiality or information handling; or another aspect of your experience.

3. How to make a complaint

Email tncessex@gmail.com with the subject ‘Formal Complaint — The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC’. Include your name, contact details, service concerned, issue and preferred resolution. Do not include unnecessary sensitive clinical information initially.

4. How complaints are handled

We aim to acknowledge receipt and explain next steps, review fairly and proportionately, seek information where needed, give a written outcome and proposed action, and explain options if you remain dissatisfied. Clinical practice or conduct complaints will be considered under appropriate clinical governance. Where possible, someone not directly involved will review.

5. Confidentiality

Complaint information is shared only with those who need it to investigate, respond or meet legal and safeguarding obligations.

6. Further escalation

For complaints involving a regulated professional or service, we will provide relevant external routes where applicable. For data protection concerns contact the ICO at https://ico.org.uk.
