Accessibility Statement

The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC — Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Our commitment

The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC believes information and services should be accessible to people with different communication, sensory, cognitive and physical needs. We aim to make our website welcoming, understandable and usable for neurodivergent and disabled visitors.

2. Our accessibility approach

We aim to use clear headings and straightforward language, consistent navigation, readable typography and suitable colour contrast, responsive layouts, clearly identified buttons and links, accessible forms and understandable instructions, and alternative formats and reasonable adjustments where practicable. We use WCAG as a reference for improving accessibility.

3. Known limitations

Some uploaded documents, promotional flyers, third-party forms or embedded content may be less accessible than standard website text. Accessibility is ongoing and we welcome reports of barriers.

4. Requesting assistance

If you have difficulty, need another format or require a communication adjustment, email tncessex@gmail.com or telephone 07584 885636. We will discuss reasonable options.

5. Reporting an accessibility problem

Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and, if possible, what would make it easier. We will review feedback and consider appropriate improvements.

6. Ongoing improvement

We aim to review accessibility as services and digital systems develop. We do not claim formal WCAG compliance unless appropriately assessed.
