Clinical & Regulatory Information
The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC — Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. About our services
The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC provides neurodevelopmental assessment-related services and professional support through appropriately qualified practitioners working within competence and scope. Our approach is informed by guidance, standards, evidence and person-centred practice.
2. Professional accountability
Individual clinicians maintain appropriate registration where required, competence, confidentiality and standards. Registration belongs to the individual and does not itself accredit the organisation.
3. Care Quality Commission registration
TNC has sought clarification from the CQC regarding advertised services and received confirmation that CQC registration is not required for those activities. Services are delivered by appropriately qualified professionals within scope and applicable standards. Should services change, requirements will be reviewed before new activities. TNC does not claim to be CQC registered.
4. Neurodevelopmental assessments
Assessments consider developmental, clinical and functional information. Family, education or other sources may contribute. Diagnostic decisions require appropriate judgement and consideration of alternatives. No diagnostic outcome is guaranteed.
5. Assessment Navigation
Assessment Navigation helps individuals and families understand assessment routes, options and practical next steps. It is not a diagnostic assessment. We may discuss NHS Right to Choose and private options where applicable.
6. Medication
TNC’s advertised assessment navigation and diagnostic services do not include prescribing. Where needed, individuals may be advised to consult a qualified prescribing service.
7. Clinical supervision
Supervision provides professional reflection, case discussion and development. It does not replace professional accountability, employer governance or formal clinical decision-making. Do not submit identifiable patient information through general website forms.
8. Training and professional development
Training interest does not guarantee availability, admission, certification, accreditation or employment. CPD accreditation will be described as confirmed only after approval.
9. Professional registrations and memberships
TNC aims to describe credentials accurately. Individual NMC registration, DBS checks or memberships are not organisational endorsement or regulatory approval.
