The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC — Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. About this website
This website is operated by The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales under company number 16820837. It provides information about services and helps individuals, families, employers and professionals access support or make enquiries.
2. General information
Website information is general information only. It is not an individual clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendation or emergency medical advice.
3. Our services
Services may include assessment navigation, neurodevelopmental assessments, coaching, workplace consultancy, clinical supervision and professional development. Availability, suitability, eligibility, fees and delivery vary. An enquiry or registration of interest does not guarantee acceptance, appointment availability or a clinical outcome.
4. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Bookings and payments
Full payment or an agreed payment arrangement may be required to secure a booking with The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC. The applicable service fee will be confirmed before payment.
4.2 Cancellation policy
Customers who cancel their appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are not normally eligible for a refund, except where required by law or agreed by The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC.
4.3 Rescheduling
Customers wishing to reschedule should contact us at least 72 hours before their appointment. Requests made with less notice will be considered individually and may be subject to availability and additional charges, where these have been disclosed and agreed.
4.4 Cancellations by TNC
If The Neuroinclusive Collective CIC cancels an appointment and cannot agree a suitable alternative date, the customer will receive a full refund for the service not provided.
4.5 Statutory cancellation rights
For services purchased online or at a distance, customers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Where applicable, this right operates independently of our 72-hour appointment cancellation policy.
If a customer expressly requests that a service begins during the statutory cancellation period, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, where legally permitted. Any loss of cancellation rights following full performance of a service will only apply where the legal requirements have been met.
Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights.
4.6 Contact
For cancellations, rescheduling or refund enquiries, please email tncessex@gmail.com with your name, booking details and appointment date.
5. Clinical assessments
Outcomes depend on information gathered and professional judgement. A diagnosis cannot be guaranteed. Reports and recommendations reflect findings and service scope.
6. Professional support and training
Supervision and professional development support reflective practice and learning; they do not replace professional responsibilities, regulatory obligations or employer governance. Training interest does not guarantee admission, certification, accreditation or employment.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, text, branding and original materials belong to TNC or are used with permission. Materials must not be commercially reproduced without authorisation.
8. External websites
We may link to third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Website availability
We aim for a reliable and accessible website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to consumer protections.
